This year in March, Sadao Watanabe will be performing at the “JAVA JAZZ INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL” held annually in the capital city of Indonesia, Jakarta. It is one of the biggest music festival in Asia, where many musicians gather from all over the world. The chairman of this festival, Peter F. Gontha was deeply impressed by the performance “Sadao Watanabe Rhythm World / Earth Sound”, the event at the Japan Expo 2005 in Aichi. From his strong desire of reappearing it at his self producing festival this year, Sadao is happily to be performing again with children from the different cultures and ethnics.
The theme of the upcoming festival will be “Children Are The Future”.This will be a combine musically event with 200 kids, performing owns original pieces backed by different percussion instruments from the different regions of Indonesia.
